As a check-in volunteer, you’re often the very first face families meet - and you play a key role in creating a smooth, secure, and friendly start to their morning. With a warm smile and a few clicks, you help new and returning families navigate our check-in system with confidence.
What you’ll do:
- Greet families with warmth and guide them through the check-in process, if needed
- Assist first-time guests with setting up their secure family profile, if necessary
- Troubleshoot simple tech issues with check-in stations (training provided!)
- Help maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming check-in area
Great for: Anyone who enjoys hospitality, has basic computer skills (and comfort), and loves helping families feel supported and welcomed.
